In an effort to help educate our customers about our service, we have developed informational cards outlining how we operate. These cards are designed to support our city operations and staff members in communicating in a clear and consistent manner while conveying our exceptional service and value. Cards will be distributed to each city shortly so they can be available through our ticket counters and curbside Customer Service Representatives. Drivers will be receiving sample cards as well for their reference. Please familiarize yourself with these cards and the messages they contain.

Michelle Lofaro National Marketing Manager Michelle joined SuperShuttle in December 2007 as National Marketing Manager. She comes to us from the Martz Agency in Scottsdale, AZ where she held the role of Media Planner/Buyer and is accomplished at creating effective media campaigns and establishing relationships with vendors. Her primary focus will be the management, review and analysis of media opportunities, and coordination and measurement of advertising programs. She will also assist with various partner programs and tour wholesale accounts. Michelle's background in advertising has made her efficient at handling multiple responsibilities on a deadline and working as part of a team. She has a BS in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Arizona State University.

Larry Ragnone Manager/Special Projects Larry Ragnone joined SuperShuttle in December 2007. Larry has over 12 years of senior management experience in the transportation industry. Before joining the company Larry was the Vice President of Palm Beach Transportation Group located in West Palm Beach Florida. He provided executive oversight of 400 vehicles and over 200 employees. Prior to his Florida experience Larry held a Vice President position for a large emergency medical services operation outside Detroit, Michigan. Currently, Larry holds the position of Manager/Special Projects. He will be working at the New York office where his background that includes taxi, sedan, limousine, para-transit and emergency medical services experience will be a great asset. His strengths in finding efficiencies in operations and building strong employee and driver relations will help the team build a strong operation. He has a degree in Administration from the University of Michigan. He is married and has three children.
